JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with Underwriters and Lending Specialists to input credit terms and conditions into the corporate credit platform.
– Ensure proper integration between Corporate Credit Systems and monitor linkages.
– Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate booking of approved facilities for loan closings.
– Coordinate global approval for cross Lines of Business requests.
– Verify Country of Risk allocations and obtain Senior Country Officer concurrence if necessary.
– Assist in issuing letters of credit and amendments, and manage ARC LC queues.
– Maintain credit exposure information on corporate credit systems.
– Manage administrative aspects of portfolio management including identifying outstanding items, over limits, etc.
– Support information needs for internal and external examinations, credit audits, and quality reviews.
– Facilitate market and Lines of Business transfers.
– Create and maintain client information records in internal systems.
– Perform regulatory reporting updates and unilateral notice mailing/tracking activities.
– Identify trends and recommend training or process updates.
– Participate in strategic initiatives such as Loan Doc Platform integration.
– Conduct Signature Validation processes.
– Ensure global consistency in the use of key data elements.
Additional Responsibilities:
– Update regulatory reporting for CCAR dates post loan setup.
– Engage in relevant global consistency initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:
– Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
– Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, and SharePoint.
– 0-5 years of experience in a Financial Services environment.
– Knowledge of legal documentation with the ability to understand legal terms and conditions.
– Strong interpersonal skills to interact with management at various levels.
– Understanding of credit concepts, policy/regulatory frameworks, loan, and derivative products.
– Familiarity with Credit Risk Infrastructure, tools, and processes (e.g., ARC, EN, SRGT, CRRT, OWL, SELM).
– Strong technical skills including Excel, data mining and management, and Microsoft Office.
– Transformation skills are a plus (e.g., Signavio, Alteryx, Xceptor).
