– Create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and develop detailed functional designs based on requirements.
– Support configuring solution requirements on products, diagnose issues, identify root causes, and propose solution alternatives.
– Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers.

Additional Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with clients to identify business challenges and contribute to client deliverables by refining, analyzing, and structuring relevant data.
– Stay updated on the latest technologies and trends.

– Assess current processes, identify improvement areas, and suggest technology solutions.
– Possess one or two industry domain knowledge.

Service Line: Enterprise Package Application Services
Technical and Professional Requirements:

– Hands-on experience with:
a. Apex

c. LWC (Lightning Web Components)
d. Aura
– Prior implementation experience in Sales or Service cloud
