2. Project Role Description:
– Enable full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.
– Perform continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite.
– Create automation strategy, automated scripts, and support data and environment configuration.
– Participate in code reviews, monitor, and report defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

– Performance Testing Strategy
4. Good-to-Have Skills:
– Micro Focus LoadRunner
– Apache JMeter
5. Experience Requirement:
– Minimum 3 years of experience required.
6. Educational Qualification:
– 15 years of full-time education.
7. Roles & Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement performance testing strategies for complex applications.
– Design and execute performance tests using tools such as Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner.
– Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improving application performance.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
– Create and maintain performance test scripts and test data.
– Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on performance-related issues.
– Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools and techniques.
8. Professional & Technical Skills:
– Must-Have Skills: Experience in developing and implementing performance testing strategies.
– Must-Have Skills: Strong understanding of performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter and Micro Focus LoadRunner.
– Good-To-Have Skills: Experience with other performance testing tools.
– Good-To-Have Skills: Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python.
