Job Description Summary:
Bachelor’s degree in B.A, B.Com, BBA, or B.SC (NON-IT). Empower our clients’ results through timely and accurate processing and/or auditing of Benefits/HR transactions. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and managers to identify improvement opportunities, resolve issues, and implement solutions across various client accounts.
Your Impact as a Team Member (Processor):
– Ensure timely completion of tasks, effective inventory management, and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
– Adhere to Data Security and Code of Conduct standards, internal guidelines, and customer concern resolution protocols.
– Perform data entry, rule-based entry for processes, and basic process calculations.
Education Eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in B.A, B.Com, BBA, or B.SC (NON-IT).
Ineligibility:
– B.Tech/BE/LLB/B.ED/BSc (IT)/MCA or regular MBA.
Knowledge & skill You Bring:
Must Required Experience:
– 0 – 2 years of work experience in back-office or similar transaction processing.
– Proficiency in computer operations (MS-Office Applications) with a minimum typing speed of 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
– Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication.
Preferred Experience:
– Prior outsourcing experience and strong social skills are advantageous.
Work Conditions:
– Ability to work in a 24*5 shift environment.
– Willingness to extend work hours occasionally to meet business requirements.
– Flexibility to transition across client teams.
