What would you do?
As a Collections Support New Associate, you will be part of our Customer Support vertical, assisting in managing and resolving customer queries, handling escalations and complaints from dissatisfied customers, and providing optimal resolutions. You will also ensure closure of faults and complaints within SLAs. Proficiency in email and chat processes, as well as typing skills, are preferred for this role. Your main responsibility will be creating, delivering, or exchanging concise written documentation to convey meaning, construct shared understanding, or prompt action. You must provide clear communication to the audience using correct grammar, sentence structure, punctuation, and style.
