   • Part of the Human Resources Shared Services (HRSS) team supporting lateral recruitment of Accenture’s Operations entity.
   • Responsible for building strategy towards fulfilment of demands and improving overall delivery efficiency of HRSS services.
   • Accountable for talent delivery across regions in partnership with regional recruitment teams.
   • Designs, develops, and implements HR Delivery Strategy to support the end-to-end employee experience.
   • Coaches and advises account/engagement leads and employees when needed.
   • Coordinates and delivers HR activities, focusing on HR Operations Processes like recruitment, WFA, Benefits, Exit, Payroll, LOA, etc.
   • Ensures delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement and maintains standards of service.
